Ah! I get it now.
Well, the settings are unavailable in WP 3.8.1, and I had never seen the global setting.

This box here makes no sense. It used to be better before, when there was a check mark.

Might I suggest renaming the options from “Yes/No” to “Hide/Show” ?
That way, the controls match the text above them.

I just removed the plugin, installed v1.1 of your plugin.
I know all the problems are likely caused because of my super old version of WP, but v1.0 of your plugin seemed to work fine for it. I hate upgrading without reason, and i accidentally upgraded without checking to see what’s changed.My website: http://www.mihirpathare.com
Right now, I’m using in my custom css:
img.attachment-post-thumbnail.wp-post-image{ display:none; }But I’d still prefer the ability to toggle the images off and on on the specific posts where I need to.
