In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] UPS suddenly set so the shipper pays import duty/taxesThis isn’t resolved, sorry.
I recently printed a UPS international label (from US to Canada) and it still had designated billing as “F/D”.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] UPS suddenly set so the shipper pays import duty/taxes@mosesmedh as @parzival111 said, what you offered is not a good solution. UPS isn’t suddenly not offering DDU. Nothing you linked to indicates this either. Everything I can find has to do with shipments coming IN to the US, and de minimis changing. This is not the same thing.
Can we get someone that actually works on the plugin, and not an AI bot? Thanks!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] UPS suddenly set so the shipper pays import duty/taxesAnswers to questions:
All of the international shipments that I made in the second half of Sept were affected.
There were no changes made to the store settings. Woocommerce and Woocommerce Shipping were kept up to date.
The billing line on the Invoice for customs has remained blank and has not changed.
Let me know when you figure out what changed on the Woocommerce UPS account so I can begin purchasing shipping through UPS again. This is currently hurting our ability to ship internationally, and has already cost hundreds of dollars.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] UPS suddenly set so the shipper pays import duty/taxesSorry, but how does the USPS Shipping plugin have anything to do with UPS?
Does this have anything to do with this UPS promotion? https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shipping/#ups-promotion-details

UPS labels are being printed through Woocommerce Shipping. As far as I can tell, Woocommerce’s UPS account is being used to do this. I do not have any other UPS plugins installed.
Here is the status report: https://gist.github.com/CircuitSetup/9513307ea4a18b7ad44bbc3dcca86731It sounds like USPS put a limit on their ID or Woocommerce started reaching limits. I switched to the USPS Shipping Method plugin to get around this for now, which is $79. GRRR
I’m seeing the same thing. I purchased a couple labels that came back with errors, and on refresh the order pages also gave errors.
I just got them to load with previously purchased labels loaded under shipment tracking, but the pages are still very slow. In one case I accidentally purchased 2 labels, but only one is showing up under the order so I cannot request a refund directly.
