I have been able to fix the date and yes.. I saw how the thumbnail works. Unfortunately, it does not still work for me. I have also tried {thumb_url} inside an tag. Settings looks fine and told to pick up from Featured Image, after all these, placeholder is still displayed.

1. WordPress: 4.9.10, WooCommerce: 3.6.4, Weight Based Shipping: 5.2.6, PHP: 7.0.33.

3. I’m testing it with the order:
Item #1: <2kg>, <Normal>, <1>
Item #2: <2kg>, <Normal>, <1>
etc
Total order weight: <4kg>
Order subtotal: <₦49,499.00>
Shipping destination: <NG, LA, None>

4. I expect to see
— Regular Shipping: ₦1,500

5. I do see instead:
— Regular Shipping: ₦3,000

I actually want flat rate when user is ordering multiple items
