In reply to: [WooCommerce] General Tab missing when adding anything but a simple productThank you for your help. I created a staging copy of the site on a different domain on the same server. I used a different domain because the original domain uses a proxy firewall and I was concerned that the firewall could be the issue. Then I:
- Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.
- Switch to the Storefront theme.
- Check if the General tab appears for the External/Affiliate product and take a full screenshot of the edit screen.
The general tab was missing on the External/Affiliate product listing again. However, when I refreshed the screen, the tab was present. I activated my plugins and switched to my template and the general tab was still present in the add product window.
I went to the production site, went to the “Add Product” option, and refreshed the screen after it had loaded. The refresh screen also contained the correct general tab for “External/Affiliate” products. So the issue has been resolved, though I do not know the cause or the solution.

I deactivated all plugins, deleted Woocommerce, rest my site cache, reinstalled WooCommerce and had the same error occur. The screenshot was taken with all the plugins activated. Let me know if it would be more helpful to deactivate the plugins and repeat the process. Thank you.
