Hi Takayuki, it’s been a while since I raised this issue and just tried again today. I’m experiencing the same issue and I’ve followed all the steps in the help file for “file uploading and attachment”. I get the sense that the attachment isn’t even uploading, although as a test I did set the file size smaller than my sample PDF file and did get a notice that the file was too big. So, it does test for size, but it doesn’t appear to upload the file when I change the file size back to larger than my PDF test files.
Do you have any suggestions on what I should try? Thanks for your help!
