So i just managed to locate and delete the user using the following:
Navigate to Site -> MySQL -> phpMyAdmin. Select your WordPress database. Go to the
wp_userstable. Locate the user you want to delete and remove the entry.Lets see if it returns tomorrow.
So i do have MyMembershipPro installed on my website, and after many failed attempts to change the d7098f85 admin account i followed the d7098f85 account from the Security Login>Blocked page, through MyMembershipPro>Edit User, to be able to edit the user. I then was able to change its level of access from Admin to Customer and then set a very complicated password and Save.
I thought that would do it, but this morning when i looked its been changed to Admin again 🙁
I did find out that we had been Phished with the WooCommerce Admin attack email last week, which i thought we had fixed, but it appears there is still that account out there being updated daily.
Not sure how to get rid of any residual from the Phishing attack. Do you know?
So i did manage to set up 2FA and tested access successfully, and then deleted all admins apart from my 3 core admin users, but i see there is a user d7098f85 showing up with Admin privileges that i can not change or delete and who doesn’t show up in my USER bucket.
Is this an application admin account ?
Thanks.
You were right… clearing cache fixed it.
sometimes the simplest solution is the most difficult to see.. 😬
So, to stop me going down a rabbit hole and spending hours on this, are you saying i can keep using the ‘Accordion’ display but i need to change all the shortcodes to use the ‘Thumbnail’ code, then i can put as many editions as i want on the one page and it won’t slow down?

I’m using Google Drive.
So if Google Drive won’t work for dFlip PDF files, is there another cloud storage that you’d recommend us to use to be able to offload our PDF files from our MEDIA folder and dFlip will open those PDF files from the remote service?

In reply to: Yet another fatal error memory exhausted errorUPDATING THE LAST UPDATE:
I went to the BETheme support site and saw a posting that they released a patch upgrade 26.5.1.4 that fixed this WP 6.1 issue.
I went into Stage, upgraded BETheme to the latest version, upgraded WP to 6.1 and BINGO… it works like a charm.

In reply to: Yet another fatal error memory exhausted errorUPDATE UPDATE UPDATE:
I restored prod to stage, disabled all my plugins, changed my theme from BETheme to 2020 and installed 6.1 (from 6.03).
It updated successfully.
I changed the theme back to BETheme and it crashed again.I’ll open a ticket with BETheme to see if they can figure out why.

Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Yet another fatal error memory exhausted errorI have exactly the same issue.
It started yesterday morning, and though the website is active, the wp-admin/ is showing me the same error you are seeing.
I worked with SiteGround and they told me to restore the site to the previous nights backup, which i did, and it worked again.
Same thing happened again this morning, so i reached out to SiteGround again, and they told me to restore last nights backup again and turn off WordPress updates in the SG admin area.
After the restore the WP version is back to 6.03 and the admin area is accessible and i have turned off WP upgrades to stop it upgrading to 6.1According to the research i’m supposed to look for a plugin that may be the culprit by turning off all the plugins and then upgrading to WP 6.1 and turning on each plugin individually and then test admin access each time…
Has anyone else found a plugin that is causing this?

In reply to: [WP Mail Logging] WP Mail Logging Not DeletingI’m having to go to the last page of logs, set the view to 100 entries, then flag all the log files for the last page and delete them all…
This only works for a couple of pages, before the system tells me there is an error with too much data for the server to process, so i wait a couple of hours and try again.
I guess its going to have to be a manual process from now on, until i find a better plugin that WILL delete automatically.
I did as you recommended, and initiated a transaction using my own PP account, but the transaction in the WPPayForms is still showing up as ‘processing’
Any other help would be appreciated.
