Yes, it worked! Thank you so much!!
Hi Andras!
Interesting…my Lightbox Modal Window option is switched to on and it works – just an FYI.
Thank you or pushing this along to the next steps. Have a great rest of your week!
– JennHi Andras,
I don’t know about the email address issue that you are seeing. It works fine for me – I just tried on Chrome and Safari and the name, email, and rsvp fields are all showing. Are your WooCommerce and Enfold up to date? Enfold just recently had a series of updates. Other than that, I don’t know why that is happening for you.
Would you be able to check in with your developers and let them know how this step=”1″ seems to temporarily fix the issue and ask if this will be repaired? Right now, it seems like an Event Tickets code issue and there are other Enfold users having this issue. Would love to see a response from your developers on if/when they might fix this.
Thank you for your continued responses and time on the matter.
– JennHi lucullus,
The following is only a temporary solution (every time there is an Event Ticket update, it will wipe this fix out). I’m waiting on Event Tickets to fix this permanently.
Go to wp-content > plugins > event-tickets > src > views > tickets > and open the file called “rsvp.php”.
At line 80, you will see type=”number”. Create a new line after this and type in step=”1″. That should do it.

Hi there –
Just checking in on this. Happy New Year!
Thanks,
JennSo, I was about to go to WooCommerce, but decided to do a new Google search on this, which allowed me to find this exact issue in the forums on the Event Calendar website. I previously searched on the Event Calendar website forums and Google before posting here and did not find these articles. I must not have searched with the right terms.
In this first forum, the user identifies the issue and lists a workaround, which I have successfully added to the rsvp.php file and it works. So, I can at least continue to use the RSVP function as it should be, but it would be nice to find out if you guys are going to fix it at some point. In this forum (from 1 year ago), it talks about how the dev team would be looking into it, so they know about it. Any update? There is another forum from April of this year where another couple of users have the same issue – that’s the second one I have listed below. This is probably affecting more than a few of us.
Forum 1: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/rsvp-quantity-steps/
Forum 2: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/rsvp-tickets-return-nan-when-increasing-qty/
Let me know what you find out.
Many thanks,
JennThank you, Andras. I very much appreciate your time. Let me ask Woo if they can pinpoint something on their side. If not, I’ll go back to Enfold and try to get them to actually take a look.

Hello Andras!
Many thanks for your attention and suggestions. I set-up a regular WooCommerce product as you suggested above and the quantity counter works fine. I also have everything updated with the most recent updates for Woo and Enfold and the problem persists.
Any other thoughts? Is it Event Tickets or WooCommerce?
Many, many thanks!
tbo24Hi Jaime,
Thank you very much for this suggestion – I’m sure it will be a good temporary fix; however, I’m a bit confused as to which plugin’s code has caused the issue. I am wondering if you know if this something that Event Tickets or WooCommerce will eventually fix with a future update? If I just deactivate WooCommerce (and keep the Enfold theme), then the Event Tickets functionality works fine, so it is definitely the Woo update that is the culprit. I’m wondering if I should let WooCommerce know about it or if this is something Event Tickets might fix?
Many thanks for your attention and support!!
