Ditto. I am having the exact same problem. I have removed the plugins nd reinstalled several times with no change in the display.
I am also having the same issue. All of the billing fields are marked as “Required”. But, the titles on some of the fields are marked as “Optional”. Deactivating the WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin fixes the problem. I noticed you have not had any responses. Did you find a solution?
