esmi, I had to take a double take at the screenshot.png that unzipped with the twenty eleven child theme. It is the twenty ten screenshot.

I have one addition to my concern.
Just noticed a little difference in the appearance of comments.
All okay in original twenty eleven theme, but comments in the child theme are a little different. I get the comments but there is a small box sitting to the left of the comments box, kind of like the image box when something is wrong with it.
