We are running WordPress v4.9.7, and all of our plugins, and themes are up to date, we are running the latest version of Yoast SEO as well. I am under the assumption that the cause of the issue is an incorrect file within the Yoast SEO plugin in our database, however I am not sure how to correct it without FTP access.
