Also let me explain the the goal was to be able to add descriptions to the files and have a clean theme for the front end of the site, which is why we wanted to by the “Pro” version/package. Thanks!
I’m sorry but I need more clarification as to what you mean. According to this page: http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/pricing/ there is a Pro version of your plugin. Am I misunderstanding your pricing chart? And if indeed we purchased the “wrong plugin” then what is it that we bought and how can we receive a refund?
