@roadkill – any solution to this. I’m seeing the same issue since upgrade. There is a work-around which is not ideal – cutomer enters the shipping detail in CART. then proceeds to Checkout.
Support on this plugin is terrible.
I have exactly the same issue – I just edited the php to correct this.
