I was having this problem when I put this in the description of categories, the code seems to work correctly if it is inserted into a post.

I have the same issue. I am using contact form, but I can’t seem to figure out how to force it a redirect to the full post under a category on my menu. I don’t want to use a page because I can’t put this under a category, so I’m a little confused on how to proceed 🙂 Thanks!
