In reply to: [WooCommerce] WOOCOMMERCE: Order Confirmation / Backend Shows Qty 0Hi Frank,
Yes, I clicked on the update database button as shown in the screenshot and it did not do anything or have the desired effect.
I am a developer by the way, I’ve just not worked with WooCommerce for a while.
I’ve managed to create the database table using the SQL statement provided. Updated the database and regenerated the lookup tables.
I’ve placed an order and it now shows the quantity on the order confirmation page and the backend. Job done.

The support has been flawless.
Thank you,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WOOCOMMERCE: Order Confirmation / Backend Shows Qty 0Hello,
Thank you for getting back to me. I have followed the steps and there was no option to reinstall WooCommerce. The database table in question is still being flagged up as missing. https://prnt.sc/VGpmCFm0zXyE

JavedHi @aurangajeb
I have now submitted the basic question form as requested and I have also provided logins to a website where the connection to GSC has been disconnected.
I’ve not reconnected it as it could be useful in your investigation.
Thanks,
JavedGood morning @aurangajeb
Once reconnected to Google Search Console via the plugin, after a week or so, I am finding that it’s disconnected.
Yesterday I went through 200+ websites and quite a few of them were disconnected.
Some I have reconnected and noticed that it’s disconnected again, so there is a problem somewhere, what that problem is, I am not 100% sure.
What further information do you require from me so you can investigate this matter further?
Thanks,
JavedHi @aurangajeb
I can confirm the sitemap was submitted automatically using the steps highlighted on the link you have sent.
Here is the website URL: https://www.jcerenewableservices.com/
This has now been reconnected to Google Search Console.
The website is hosted on Siteground servers – so it’s using their caching [https://gyazo.com/8aa44f7893a315d3e0c205cfc986d715]
I shouldn’t have to keep on reconnecting the website to Google Search Console.
I don’t believe that caching will be the cause of the problem.
Thanks,
JavedHello @imranwealcoder
This is now working fine for me.
Please mark this thread/ticket as closed/resolved.
Thanks,
JavedHi @faithcoder
I can confirm after updating the plugin to the latest version the nav menu dropdown icon issue is now resolved.
I appreciate you resolving this quickly.
Thank you,
JavedThe dropdown icon for the submenu is not showing for me either.
No errors in the console.
I can’t even select a custom icon.
All plugins are on the latest version.
UPDATE: It seems like PRO Elements is breaking the main menu and the Hello Elementor theme when disabled.
I don’t think PRO elements is the problem here.
Happy New Year.
I can’t see the metabox for marking the listing as sold as you have shown in your screenshot.
This is what I am seeing: https://prnt.sc/K3DqsKEnVhTt

JavedHi @mgordon7
Where in the listings do I need to mark the vehicle as sold in order for it to appear on the sold inventory page? And will this remove the vehicle from the inventory page showing the other vehicles for sale?
And I am still not sure which shortcode to use to show the latest vehicles added to the homepage.
Thanks,
JavedAm I using the correct widget shortcode to show the latest vehicles on the homepage?
[motors_listings_tabs title='New/Used Cars' columns='4' popular_tab='no' recent_tab='yes' featured_tab='no']Is there also an option to mark a vehicle as SOLD and then maybe query the posts that are marked as sold and display this on the homepage to?
Thank you,
JavedI appreciate the quick response. I have now sorted the pricing issue.
For the WhatsApp and Email Address showing on the single listing page, I have assigned the listings to the correct Author in Users and updated the profile information, however, it is still pulling the email address from the site admin email address section. I think there might be a bug here.

The email address on that should be shown is the info@
Where will I find Listings Grid Tabs widget?
Thank you,
JavedI also have a few questions;
- How can I show the recent cars added to the inventory on the homepage?
- How can I change the WhatsApp and Email address on the single listing page for the vehicle on the right hand side?
