All the things you asked in WooCommerce → Status → Tools is done. Also here, the issue is still there.

I checked the shipping classes and specific shipping options on these product but nothing is set.
I set up a staging environment to test. I changed the theme, but the problem was still there.
I also turned off all plugins except woocommerce and also here, the problem is still exsiting.
Any ideas on what I can do next?

We are not using any rules or filters. I already forced to generate the XML feed again, but that didn’t help.

When adding a new product, some sync and sty active, sometimes not… so I prefer to not create a dummy product because we just added a lot of products. Adding a dummy product on a website with lots of traffic + popular facebook page, I prefer not to do that.
