It looks like before I did that with the “upgrading plugin” that it has potentially fixed the issue. I got an subscription “payment failure” from one of my other customers. So trying to troubleshoot that, but it does appear to be working since. the update.

I can do that, but the subscrpition will then expire after the first month (which doesn’t feel like a great customer experience)

I just saw you have a version update that “Fixed Manual subscription creation”….maybe that was the issue? I did update the plugin just now.

I hope that these screenshots help. I am using Version 1.7.10 of Flexible Subscriptions and the payment is coming from WooCommerce Stripe Gateway Version 10.6.0. I have went to my Stripe Dashboard and I see the payment as a “Guest Payment” and not assigned to a customer at all. The customer also never received a email confirming the order. Her money was just debted from her account. I did just update Stripe to 10.6.1 as I saw there was an update, but not sure that would be the issue.

I was looking through my WooCommerce reports and it’s showing as a “guest” order. How can I get it assigned to a customer as I feel like this is why an order isn’t being created.
