My Last Update
I would not recommend this plugin for any serious deployment. Tech support is non-existent even though it might appear responsive on the free version. After you enter the paid for plugin, you won’t receive help here or there for any technical issues. I’ve been wrestling with what should be basic elementor integrations and other areas that make make this plugin more of a problem than a solution. I wish I could have given this plugin a high rating because in theory it would have solved a nice niche market deployment. Developers will wrestle with various areas though with this plugin.
Just wanted to add that the chat support process that exists in the bottom right corner is responsive. However, anything that requires a technical response enters a limited ticketing system and I’m finding that the response time is very very very slow for that on the paid plan. I’m awaiting a response now on a ticket that has been live for 10 days so far. There has been one response within that time from the Dokan team and the multiple issue I’m reporting are still ongoing. YMMV but I’m tossing this out there for other devs who may be considering using this.

[UPDATE] It’s now working. Figured out the issue.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Stripe Integration brokenAlthough Tier 2 provided some caching change suggestions which we did, the problem persists in production. The problem is not fixed.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Stripe Integration brokenThank you @d0153. Ticket #534260

You can see this effect on the homepage at https://tallioscoffee.com and within the Shop. Again this goes away when your plugin is deactivated.

In reply to: [OceanWP] footer text alignment@sapthaka You can do a back restore but if you’re more daring roll back the Ocean Extra plugin to 1.6.5. I used WP Rollback to revert to the older version of that plugin and it looks like it fixed the footer layout issue for me. I’m not updating other sites though until the OceanWP team fixes it in an update which hopefully will happen soon. FYI – I didn’t have to roll back the theme, just the Extras plugin. Just do a backup before trying this method though as YMMV.

In reply to: [OceanWP] footer text alignmentI can confirm that the most recent OceanWP updates borked the footer alignments include menu layouts. Footer menus are no longer displayed by line but run together side by side without any padding. Social icons now are displayed per line instead of next to each other. Can we get an update to fix this OceanWP team, quickly?
Interesting, now it appears to work without any changes. Is there some delay in the redirect? Also, if I set the redirect to the homepage, does the coupon follow the visitor throughout the shopping experience, even when initially the shopping cart is empty?
Also, if I add a condition requiring two items to be in the shopping cart, do the answers for the above remain the same?

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Podcasts not showing within SearchI added the Ajax Search Lite plugin and that allowed me to control the podcast indexing.
It could be the theme, Genesis, but the plugin was an easier fix

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Podcasts not showing within SearchJust to further clarify, SSP podcasts seem to be excluded from my site’s search results. If I search for a podcast title or text within its description, no results are found.
Also should a category have been created for podcasts by SSP or does it require that I manually add that category (or is that just for blog posts)?
Any help would be appreciated on this. I need Search to work.

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Player does not play podcastOk, sorry but it is working now. If anyone has this problem, please check out this support article:

In my case, the NGINX rules needed to be added by the host.
I think it gets us by. I checked it and free shipping gets applied now to the entire cart only if the valid SKUs are in it. If I add an excluded SKU, the coupon is removed.
Thank you so much for your assistance and quick suggestions! I’ll try switching from Fixed Product to Fixed Cart and see if that changes the behavior.
