I’ve tried to separate galleries and give separate id’s and such but I cant seem to obtain 2 distinct separate galleries.

2 Separate and Distinct Galleries?
I have created a TEST PAGE to get this figured out. I have the PRO version activated and I was able to get the multiple single videos to work on the same page.As well I have galleries on the page but at the moment the best I can do is set the 4 gallery videos with shortcodes and I can start the galleries at different videos within the shortcodes that i have set.
On this page I have 5 total images that are Video Lightboxed. the first three are singe videos and they play perfectly.
Tha last two are galleries. Since I am not using a button , rather I am using images (these are just test images) that are clickable to display the lightbox. However no matter how I label the id’s or classes I cannot get the galleries to be separate of each other
You can see that at this moment the first gallery starts at video1 but you can see all 4 while the second gallery starts at video3 but you can click back and forth to all 4 videos.

Or a single video lightbox at the top of the page and a Gallery somewhere else on the page?
I realized what you meant , that the ONE SHORTCODE worked for both places on the page. So I can place the CLASS call on an Image in two places (one mobile , one desktop) and have just one shortcode embeded and it works. I have been able to get it to work for the PRO.
DOES THIS MEAN I CAN NOT HAVE 2 DIFFERENT LIGHTBOXES ON ANY PAGE? FOR INSTANCE IF I WANT TWO SINGLE VIDEOS PLAYING IN different places on the same page OR if I want two DIFFERENT GALLERIES playing in different areas on the same page?
We have the code 2 times if you count that the site has a mobile and a desktop version setup in divi.
We have the entire site made 1st as a desktop site and the first time the short code is used is there, then the code is used again when we have a complete new set of guts going on for the mobile and the shortcode is applied a second time… But we figured since only one is being rendered at a time it was considered separate.
I guess that is not the case. Can you instruct me how to do things… on some pages we want to use the lightbox and present a single video and later present a gallery… ON THE SAME PAGE , as well run multiple galleries on the same page AS WELL AS running many single video lightboxes on the same page.
I don’t know what you are seeing, there is ONE video near the top of the page that we are using your plugin for. We put ONE IMAGE DOWN and assigned the CSS CLASS to it, and then laid down ONE SHORTCODE. WE also did the same process on this page

Everything works when we have the STANDARD plugin activated. But when we have changed NOTHING but disabled the STANDARD enabled the PRO version the lightbox does not function. We have NOO OTHER shortcodes related to the lightbox ON THE PAGE.
DOES A SINGLE VIDEO PLAY USING THE PRO version? DOES THE PRO VERSION WORK?
CAN YOU HELP US? WE’VE BEEN ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE FOR NEARLY A WEEK NOW.

The only thing I changed was to disable the FREE version and activate the PRO version ON A SINGLE VIDEO… why doesn’t it work?

Bought the PRO, Deactivated the FREE, Installed the PRO but the vid doesnt work on either website that I installed it on.
