Waow. That fixed the issue. Working now 100%. I tried a lot – even in partials **public-display.php tweaked the JS init code and applied cache for wp – nothing was working.
This worked.

De-activate Jetpack and delete Jetpack plugin. Download again latest Jetpack plugin by going to add new plugin area. Activate it and you should be good to go now.
Latest related posts plugin is doing that. Previous version is ok. I have checked with other blogs that have previous version of related posts installed and enabled, those blogs are ok. Thanks. Great plugin. Needs this bug removed.
