The problem came from the hook’s priority. Changed it from 10 to 20 and it worked.

Yup, same issue. It used to work but it seems there might have been an Elementor update that broke this plugin.
Pretty much the same issue for me with relation field. What ever I try, nothing happens. The plugin used to work, it must have broke after either a WordPress or Elementor update.
