  We use default Woocommerce to export the product data. (Refer Image005)

• Have you made any changes to your site after which this issue started appearing?

I made a changes after this issue, I export product data Yesterday (29/12/2025) and upload back. I make changes only at Date Sale Price Ends Column because we don’t want the customer saw the Sale Price. (Refer Image006)

I am not making any changes to the other columns because I don’t want to disrupt the support team while they are checking the error.

• Also, I can see that the dealer regular price is set to *253*, and it seems that this price is appearing as the regular price. I suspect that a third-party plugin setting may be causing this issue.

Is there any solution for this third party plugin?

It seems there was a misunderstanding with my previous message. The correct calculation should be: RM7,410 – RM360 = RM7,050, and the 2% coupon should be applied to RM7,050. However, on the website, the 2% discount is being applied to RM7,410 instead.

The correct total should be:
RM7,410 – RM360 = RM7,050
RM7,050 – RM141 (2% x 7050) = RM6,909

But the system is currently calculating it as:
RM7,410 – RM360 – RM148.20 (2% x 7410)= RM6,901.80

Could you please confirm if switching to a default theme (such as Storefront) for testing will affect or alter my website’s original design? I’m currently using the Urna theme.
