Can anyone help, please? I don’t know how to fix this.
Because my host is managed host from Godaddy, they told me there has no issue with their host, and no firewall prevents them from connecting to Jetpack. They told me it is because of the other things on the website. However, I have tried deactivating the plugins and themes which did not fix the issue.
This issue only happened after I have updated to the latest version of Jetpack. The new version of Jetpack has separated into different products suck as boost and social. Is there any way I can roll back to the older version of Jetpack? The issue is that there has no one in all Jetpack anymore, I don’t know which one to roll back.
Bruce, our hosting support advises using a different plugin. I don’t think he has any clues. However, I need to get access to the past website stats. Can you please help me to download all the data? Send to my email: [email protected] if you like. Because I cannot see it from the WordPress portal. It is just a loop circling around. Those stats are quite important to me. If I cannot fix Jetpack, I still need those stats. Thanks.
Thanks, Animesh Gaurav. I have contacted my hosting service company. They told me there has no firewall turned on my website so they should not has limits on the connection. They advise deactivating and activating the jetpack plugins. Then flushing the website cache. However, it does not work at all. Can you advise what is the next step? Thanks.

Thanks for your help. I have tried disconnecting and connect for a few times. When I login https://wordpress.com/stats/day/newzealandreview.com. It shows like a circle running forever. No statistics showing. Thanks.

https://blogs.canterbury.ac.nz/ is a multisites system. There are two University level site: https://blogs.canterbury.ac.nz/intercom/ and https://blogs.canterbury.ac.nz/insiders/. There has a few departments’ website such as others in this list: https://blogs.canterbury.ac.nz/
Can we get all the stats and subscibers back from those subsites too?

Thanks for your reply. We have disabled Jetpack Plugin on our test system (https://blogstest.canterbury.ac.nz/) as there has a few subscribers reports they got many old articles email alerts. However, the production system (https://blogs.canterbury.ac.nz/) do not got stats anymore. So does the owner of these connection’s Jetpack account. We have logged a ticket with the owner of these connection’s account yesterday. We have not heard anything from Jetpack yet. Are we going to get our more than six year’s stats and subscribers back? Thanks a lot. This is quite urgent as the contributers needs the stats and email alerts back.

Do you think we should find back the stats first, then change the url from https://blogs.canterbury.ac.nz/intercom/ to https://blogs.canterbury.ac.nz/intercom/tu-ki-te-tahi. Or we change the url first, then find back the stats from Jetpack. We took the owner ship of this blog from other team, the communications team are not sure who configured the Jetpack in the past with what account. So it is tricky right now. I am not sure if we configured with Jactpack with our account, will the statis go with it?
