Not sure man, anyways… before posting my message to this forum I have already tried disabling all the plugins and enabling them one by one, but the error was still there… but today I am seeing some improvements, the WordPress secure connection error that was present on WordPress Plugin page and Plugin Installation page is no longer present and I am now getting WordPress 6.2 update intimation which was not appearing before.
Not sure which action fixed the issue, maybe reverting to WordPress 6.1.1 did it.
