Ive tried updating the wordpress folder and got this error now.
Your server is running PHP version 4.4.9 but WordPress 3.3.1 requires at least 5.2.4.

but how do I simply log into my site via mysite.com/wp-admin – If this page is hacked.

thanks – but I’m still at a loss how do I simple change the w-admin section – via ftp – without losing everything.
So I can then upload the new version of wordpress. / delete plugins etc.
