What I ment was that if those strings would be part of the configuration part, then future updates would keep them, and a novice user don’t have to edit the string files.

In reply to: [upPrev] [Plugin: upPrev] Version 2.3.5 update breaks thumbnail supportIt’s very far from a complete translation – I just changed the string visible for the visitors of the site, the 99% of the translated file is still in English – I’m fine with the English configuration, but my site’s main language is different.
Could you add the “Read more” and other, not admin strings to the configuration panel? That would make it easy and fast for anyone to customize the strings which are visible to the visitors.
