Yes – I voted ‘Works’ also – but I too am using PageLines. Perhaps, the ones that voted ‘Broken’ are NOT using PageLines???

Yes. I just started having this issue w/ Chrome. The recaptcha is indeed there (view source) but isn’t displayed in Chrome. Was working fine a couple days ago. Having issue w/ both ‘Login Recaptcha’ and ‘WP-reCAPTCHA’ – that is no login captcha nor comment captcha input in Chrome.
Were you able to find a solution – since you asked 6 months ago???

If you must change stuff around, install some web development tools (Firebug/etc..) and hack up the CSS code in the themes files.
