I ended up using the url in advanced config and running it as a cron job using wp-control and it worked
so your saying add this to wp-config..php
define('SWCFPC_PURGE_CACHE_CRON_INTERVAL', 300);then disable cron in wp-control

you git hub url is a 404 error,
if i what to run a crob job in cpanel to flush the cache via a php file
what source file do i use ?
i used your url in plugin and it comes up with an error no such file or dir

the plugin does not auto update still buypass plugin works find with cloudflare but will not auto update
had my Developer look at it he cant see the issue

I have spoken to the Developer of the theme and he is going to have a look at the site….
Maybe there is an issue with config or template error
I use Yoast on a lot of websites I build and some of them are on the same server package and work with no issue.. and have the same plugins setup
