Sorry for my late reply. I would like to share it with you, but the site is still in developement. Any chance to send you private informations?

And yeah, that was the page I was referring to in regards to CF option to get values per HTTP GET. But when I try to use this method to deliver a value for my radio button (which controls the conditional groups), it somehow doesnt work.

Found another way. I will put all the fields into an array (order-item[]) and can then print them via one field in the email-tempalte.
