    No, it’s actually not a stupid question. 🙂
    And yes, WPTouch support DFP tags.

    Similar to how you implement DFP tags (both Header and Body) so that ads would render on standard desktop browsers, you’d also need to implement the DFP tags within the WPTouch theme, so that whenever your website is viewed on mobile devices, the mobile DFP tags are executed and it calls on the DFP server to deliver the ads.

    Basically, you’d be able to accomplish this by copying the header.php file from wptouch-pro/themes/classic/iphone to wp-content/wptouch-data/themes/<your-child-theme>/iphone and do your edits there.
