@youser99 I found a fix. Added the below code to the Custom CSS section in the Cart Notices Settings:

display: block!important;
}
Hi. We’re having the same problem on our sites. We’ve had to disable the notices on production but still active on the Staging site – https://staging-harvestwinesca.kinsta.cloud/shop/
Conditions to test for: Add items to cart worth $101 to $149; it should show a notice on the cart & checkout pages about adding more to get free delivery. The notice currently shows without any content.
