Thanks so much for your quick reply.
First of all, we have Version 1.0.4 of your plugin installed.
Maybe if I make my example simpler:
A user lives in a state where minimum order of $500 will be shipped FREE.
If the user submits an order of only $100, we want them to be able to submit the order, however we want them to see a message stating “Shipping will be calculated at cost. We will contact you after reviewing your order with a final total including shipping costs.”
Can this be done?
