I’ve also marked this internally to have a look at it and see if we can make it work for other types of users. The current setup of the plugin is for the user to have a higher role, that allows the user to create pages (as the plugin needs to create pages).

There is no “Settings” page available. Please try the following URLs and check that the user you’re logged in with is Admin.
/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=legalpack_page–> This would give you a list of the Legal Pages created by Legalpack./wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=legalpack_page–> This allows you to create a new Legal Page.Forum: Plugins

The plugin doesn’t track anything without content. It doesn’t track anything at all. The plugin’s source code is public.
