The latest version says 4.0 That’s the one I’ve been using.

Nope, that didn’t work.
I went to my web hosting company, went to wp-content\plugins\csv-to-webpage-plugin\upload, found unassigned.csv and deleted it.
Went back to my website using Firefox and then uploaded a new version of unassigned.csv It came back as Invalid file.
I do the exact same thing in Chrome and it works.

I deactivated every plugin except for yours and it didn’t change at all. I tried to do the regular Google spreadsheet one and even though I have it set to public, is says it is not found.
I really need the csv version to work. I can’t have this information where other people can see. The site is password protected to my contractors.
Any other ideas?
