so you can help the next person. There is another work-around within customize. – select add a widget/add a block… then I just copied the html and content from the ‘page’ and pasted it into the block. And now I have sort of what I want 😉
I appreciate you getting back to me and I have set the MISSION page again as the static page. A few things in the process seem to not be working as a result.
- the content from the MISSION page no longer displays
- When I click on the Blog menu link it doesn’t go to anywhere
- The page is displaying
- About Jo – I don’t want this on this page
- Testimonials – I do have some that I would like to insert but have no idea how!!!
- Reviews – but showing social media – huh?
- Then it shows latest from the blog – and that appears to be the only way to get to the blog
- Get in touch today – some front page thing that I don’t know how it got there or works – but i’d like to
- I would really like the Blog Menu link to work too.
