Correction.. after change theme to twentyeleven – during hard refreshing administration panel is exact the same situation (some files not loading from server).
The last thing is export and import data to new fresh WP installation, but then will be a lot of job to do… 🙁

I’ve deactivated all plugins and rename plugin directory, but without any progress
Now I discovered, the same situation is in administration panel.

But when i switched to twentyeleven, then while hard refreshing everything is OK.
