Ok It wasn’t in the trash, but I created a new one and added the short code and that worked.
I do have a follow up
Now when i click on a products category page, by each item i get a spinning wheel icon and the words updating cart.

I did the backup and used the same credentials as the live site.
I tried Firefox, IE 11 and Chrome, emptied cookies and cache and problem still exist.

Thanks @buzztone however after the day I’ve had, you know the type that makes you want to shoot everyone in the face type.

I’m going to no longer abide by rules, so if the WordPress organization would like to delete my account and all my posts I have absolutely no problem with this.

It’s nothing personal with you, I’m sure your a fabulous person, however right now due to other things, I’m not concerned about rules.

I’m getting the exact same problem, it works only if you use the default form in the plugin.. but when you make something long an complicated the acknowledgement goes away
