many thanks.So I activated the Allow Duble Quotes, but no improvement.

Hi John,
many thanks for you support. Please find below the link to my homepage http://www.kavala-schneverdingen.de. You will see the result after the copy of the orginal css in you plugin page. The headline is still displayed but the image disappearded.
