Solved the problem.Hi.
I have a conflict with my theme Hirebee from Appthemes.
Whenever Yoast is activated, the title of the page adds the site name.Example: the page title is: Help and Info
When Yoast is activated: Help and Info – Site nameThis is the same for all other page titles.
I have checked by deactivating all other plugins and reactivating them one by one.
I have deactivated and reactivated Yoast a number of times to confirm the conflict.
I have posted the issue in the Appthemes Hirebee theme forum but no resolution apart from acknowledging it is a plugin conflict.Please help.

The Inbox mail listings show myemailname correctly.
However, when the recipient opens up the individual email, they will see the following details.
The line is seen when the receipient opens the email.
It is at the email header right at the top:From: myemailname via msv40-sh-cicadas.mschosting.com
To:
Date:
Subject:
Mailed by: msv40-sh-cicadas.mschosting.com
