Enabling First Class Package Hold for pick up doesn’t do anything. It seems like retail rates were already enabled, as going back to commercial rates seems to lower the prices even more. I shouldn’t have to enable other shipping methods to make the methods I want to use work. Even locally, I don’t want hold for pickup to be an option people can choose.
Where is the “click n ship” and “offline rates” located in the settings? I don’t see either of these options.
This is frustrating as I didn’t change anything to my store, and now I am losing money with all of my First Class orders. This issue is marked as “resolved” above, although I do not consider it resolved at all.
Here are the screen shots of my setting page as well as my cart checkout page with the debug mode turned on.
I have weights entered for my products, but not dimensions. I’ve never had dimensions entered before and didn’t have a problem. If I’m using weight based shipping, I don’t see how dimensions play a role. Thank you again for your help.

Thank you for the reply. I have four services enabled: First Class Package Service, First Class Package International Service, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail International.
Other than updating plugins, I have changed nothing regarding the settings for WooCommerce or any of my products. I have been using this setup for several years.
The cart seems to calculate just enough to cover the cost of shipping plus a little bit more that seems arbitrary. The issue is that it does not add the full extra amount I have chosen to cover handling, packaging, etc. For example, if the commercial rate for shipping is $2.61, and I have a price adjustment of $2.00, the total for shipping should be $4.61. Instead, the total being charged for shipping is only $3.32.
Thank you for your help.
