    Hello, normally when deactivating and reactivating, settings should not disappear. It is common to need to disable things to find bugs, and if settings always disappear, that is not proper. Actually only your plugin forgets settings…any other plugin I have, including Ccavenue and PayU, don’t forget settings…Please consider fixing this issue.

    New update seems to correct the 1st issue, if issue re-emerges I will update, thanks

    Hello, just giving an update, so far this issue has not resurfaced yet, but if it does then I will let you know, thanks.

    Also to answer the Cache/Redis question, yes my site has Object Cache Pro installed, as well as FlyingPress. I don’t see anything in the error logs relating to Popup Maker. That Delete setting in Misc was never checked. When I started this thread, that’s the last time it happened, and yes I am pretty sure I did update some other plugins around that time and all previous times this issue surfaced.

    Hi, thank you for your attention to my issue. Actually it seems when I had disabled all plugins and switched my theme, there was still some caching issue on the host side which was keeping a small snippet active, which I had added a long time ago to correct different issue with the billing state. Somehow visually everything looked like it was all disabled, but somehow that snippet was still affecting the checkout. So I thought the issue was Woocommerce. However once I re-enabled everything and disabled that snippet, the auto-fill was working properly. Sorry for the confusion, thanks!

    Hi, thanks for responding, actually I don’t think this is a situation for a Custom job. The customer has their address saved, and when they reach the checkout, All details are pre-filled EXCEPT Billing State…So this is definitely a core issue, and a flaw which Greatly affects conversions. If you look at any other platform, all of these details (including billing state) would auto-fill. So to me this is very basic functionality which has been missing from Woocommerce since inception. I hope you consider my point of view, thank you.

    Hello, conflict test was already done, I disabled everything except Woocommerce, and switched theme to Storefront. For now, I have just reactivated my theme. You can try creating an account, add a product, and then go to checkout, and you will see the State will not match the saved address. 

As far as setting the default location to Shop Location...this makes no sense to me. I tried it and of course it only ever shows the Shop State...I sell all over India, so if I do this then the State will always be the Shop State. With the options you have: No Location, Shop Region, Geolocate...I really don't see how any of these will work. Maybe you should include another option "Customer Saved Location"

This is definitely a shortcoming in Woocommerce itself, since everything is disabled with only Woocommerce remaining, please check, thanks

    And this is definitely an issue with Woocommerce. I changed to Storefront theme, and disabled ALL plugins except Woocommerce, and this same issue persists.

    I am talking about the Checkout page, if they have a saved address in their account, when they get to the Checkout page, all fields are filled EXCEPT the Billing State, customer is forced to select the state every time. Please help.

    I have a suspicion that it has something to do with updating other plugins, like cache plugins (Flying Press is mine), or theme update. I have noticed it happens sometimes when I make some change to something else, but I still haven’t been able to isolate the issue, it’s pretty random so far…but this issue is very consistent. Happens every couple weeks.

    So the Title, HTML/Text, Enabled…these all remain. But the Popup Settings: Triggers, Targeting, Display, Close, Advance…all of these settings revert back to default, as if I started a new popup. So then I have to set everything up again.

    So there is that one product i want to limit to 1 per customer, but this is also available in a Combo Set. So is there anyway to limit that? Like either you can add one Single piece or the Combo? Right now people are able to add 1 Single pc and 1 Combo…so they are getting 2 pcs total of that product. Please let me know, thank you

    I have the minimum set to 0 and Max 1. It limits on the product page, but if you add 1 pc and go to the cart, I am still able to increase the qty to 2 pc and update the cart.
