It going back to what it was after logging off WordPress Admin. Not able to understand what is happening. Linking from another page works properly with the correct scroll speed, within the same page its not working as intended. The other page I am talking about – https://geshmak.com/restaurant-space-sharing/. Scroll Durantion setting is 3000ms. It scrolling too fast when I log off from admin. Help

The theme used is Phlox by Averta and I am using Elementor Free for page building. There is only an option to enable or disable gotop button, with or with scrolling in the Customise Section. I tried both options and no difference in the scrolling behaviour. Before adding “Page Scroll to ID” plugin the scroll behaviour was jerky, with PSID it has smoothened it but I would like to slow it down to may be 3000 to 4000ms.
Appreciate your prompt response. I have been trying different methods fro 2 days to resolve this myself, but no luck. Looking forward to your expert guidance.
