I don’t know that with certainty. I assume 2.1.7.3, because before I updated to the current version, I backed up all plugins. After the current version gave me the issue, I reverted back to by backup version, and on the plugins page, it lists that the currently installed version is 2.1.7.3.

Hi Patrick, thanks for the response. Nope, no caching plugin. I’ve tested quite a bit by deactivating any plugins I’d thought might pose a conflict, but the issue persists.
After testing on both a Mac and a PC, in Safari, Firefox, IE, and Chrome, it seems to happen on most browsers, though on one of my Macs, Firefox showed the full image correctly, over top of the nav bar.
