In reply to: [Simple Social Icons] Colors wont changephotoMaldives, I used your provided coding and put it in my style.css, which changed the hover color to correspond with each social media site’s color (ex: twitter is the iconic twitter blue, pinterest is red), but the background color still hasn’t changed. Is there a way that I can change the background color of each icon to match the hover color that’s currently in place?

It looks kind of odd because the sidebar widget is shaped like a square box, but the photos I take are either horizontal and vertical–not squares, so they don’t really fit neatly into the given space.

My link is: http://thecommunaltable.net, and here’s an example post where it shows up:When you go to THIS post,and look at the any pictures, you’ll see that they have a kind of gray overtone. When you click on each of the pictures, they look how they’re supposed to look. For example, when you look at the 2nd large picture in the post, you’ll see a gray picture, but when you actually click on the picture, you’ll see something like THIS, which is a much brighter (and the correct) version of the picture.

I know. They look like they’re different images, but they’re not. When I view the picture I took in iPhoto, it looks like the “One that is not.” When I upload it to WordPress, it looks like the “One that is grey”
