Ok I think I just figured it out. My partner who was entering in the glossary terms used the / in the title name. Removing all slashes in the title worked. Dashes however seem to not cause any problems.

I just found and installed this awesome plugin. It was exactly what I was looking for. However, I too seem to have the exact same problem. Any posts that contain words in the glossary now suddenly have no content.
I have about 100 terms in the Glossary. Like the previous poster it started just fine then stopped.
Any suggestions?
