We finally found what was causing this issue. It’s fixed in 1.8.9! However, we’ve had some reports of this version causing theme conflicts and such. So at this point we’re recommending that you wait until we release the next version (1.9.0) to update. This update should be available very soon, once we discover what’s causing these issues.

However, we’re receiving reports of that version breaking pages and/or conflicting with the theme. We’ve yet to reproduce it. But are gathering info as quickly as we can. So wait until we released 1.8.9.1 (or it might be 1.9.0) with fixes for whatever is causing this. Once you update, this should be fixed.

We’ve included a fix for this in the latest releases. Just switch “Markup Content Type” on Options > Markup tab to “Product” and it’ll display these correctly, per-page/product.

But we’ve had reports of it breaking some pages or conflicting with themes. So maybe wait until 1.8.9.1 or 1.9.0 is released (whichever is next) to update. But it should fix this issue for you.

What version of RR do you have installed?
Can you turn on debugging for the site and let us know of any errors you see with that turned on?

…is not very helpful. I guess I could see some of those links helping some people. But mostly it’s just a screen we have to click past to get to “Show All Settings”. It would be nice if we could make the “All Settings” the default somehow, so that clicking “Post SMTP” in the sidebar takes us straight to “All Settings” instead of to that page.
Does that make sense?

Appears to be from using an outdated and unsupported version of PHP. WordPress core and Starfish Reviews both officially only support PHP 7.0 and above.

Was thinking I’d offer a discount on the first month or something like that, if they signed up with ACH, since it’ll save me a bunch in the long run.
