Hi @jeresmash so I emailed him and we were going back and forth that way. I disabled all plugins, then enabled only Content Visibility for Divi, and when I did, the problem seemed to be gone.
I enabled all my other plugins, and the problem seemed to stay gone. Can you try with only Content Visibility for Divi enabled and see if it’s still an issue? If it is, then I’m sure Jonathan would love to look into it to see what’s causing it.

Our premium versions include a shortcode to embed anywhere on the site, and a “feedback” parameter that you can use to “embed” the first page of the funnel into another website or email. The plugin actually uses at least 2 different font icons in different places. We would never have built it that way, but that’s how it was when we adopted it.
As I mentioned in your other thread, we’re not adding new features right now. But this one was already on our priority list, once we get to that phase and start improving the plugin again. So it should land in a future release, but no promises at this time.
@roryrory unfortunately that’s not something the plugin supported when we adopted it. It’s something we can look at adding down the road. But for right now we’re not adding any new features or functionality. Just trying to run down all bugs.
This “free” plugin costs us a lot to make it available for everyone else to use for free. It is possible to sponsor a feature to get it added worked on right away. If you’re interested in that contact us via our contact form. Thanks!

You can export the
wp_richreviewstable from the database (via phpMyAdmin or Adminer or whatever). Then import it on the new site. This isn’t something we support, so I make no promises, but it should work.Also, reviews are tagged with the ID of the post/page where they were submitted. Those won’t align if you try this method and it works. So if you want to display reviews based on where they were submitted, it won’t work, unless you run some SQL queries or something to find the ID’s from the old site and change them to the ID’s on your new site.

I haven’t tested that, but we did add additional support for translation in recent versions. So it could work well for what you’re trying to do here. Give it a try and let usk now.

We finally found the actual cause of this issue. It’s fixed in 1.8.9! However, we’ve had some reports of this version causing theme conflicts and such. So at this point we’re recommending that you wait until we release the next version (1.9.0) to update. This update should be available very soon, once we discover what’s causing these issues.
