I apologize. I have attempted to make this work in several ways, including as custom dropdowns, rather than custom checkboxes.
I can see the data is being passed in the AJAX URL, but the results aren’t being filtered.

Never mind. I see that your statistics plugin tracks the zip codes and I have found a Google Analytics method for link tracking.
