Avada is updated for WP 4.9, in fact Avada 5.2.3 was also. The current version is only 5.3 so I assume that was a typo above?

All og our test with the latest version of aVad have been 100% fine.
the previous issue was due to an older version of the CPT amunet cpt plugin, not CPTUI. When the Amunet plugin was updated, all was well. It has not been related to Avada or our included plugins.

Just an update, the one ticket we had from a customer has been resolved. It was an issue with the older version of this plugin: https://codecanyon.net/item/custom-post-types-and-taxonomies-for-fusion-builder/15572585?s_rank=5 … whichhas now been updated and works.

We have a ticket from a user who referenced this item, however we cannot get any more information from them than what is above.
And we’ve tested this every which way and there are zero issues.

Several of our developers tested this with both our live version and previous version, nothing was found to be in error. It’s quite possible it’s caused by custom dev work done to your site or maybe even just a configuration issue.

It appears your slug is agenda and page name is agenda so there is a conflict there.

It appears you are on Avada 3.7.4, we just added full design integration for The Events Calendar in 3.8.7, if you update to that version this issue should be resolved.

For theme support, we provide it through our support center ticket system now so the forums are no longer active. We made that change a few months back.
Anyone who has bought Avada gets free theme support from our team, simply signup at our support center then submit a new ticket: http://theme-fusion.com/support-ticket/
To answer your query, you do not need to buy a new license for each time you install it on a local host. However please do make sure you buy a license for any finished / published site, which is following the license rules. So if you just need to setup a test site or dev site locally, you can use a copy you already bought, but once the site goes live you will need individual license for each site it is used on.

@jmacd, I just looked at your ticket with our system and the form you submitted says you are on 3.8.4, however inspecting your site it shows you are on v3.7.3
Please update to the latest version of Avada.
To clarify, your stylesheet says 3.8.4, but your theme is 3.7.3/ Please make sure to fully update the theme.

@jmacd … this issue was definitely fixed in Avada 3.8.4 and is working o our end and for other customers. Please make sure you are using that version.
If you are using 3.8.4, please reply back to your ticket with information so we can see why it is not working for you.

We have replied on our support forum, and I can assure you it is not a theme issue. Even though the default theme works, it does not point to the theme. Premium themes take more resources than a default theme.
Please contact your host and explain to them the situation.
