Click on the Edit button of Order Summary and inside the Content Properties menu you can find the options to enable “Product Image” and “Product SKU“.

We believe that you are using the Date field type available in our plugin.
If so, unfortunately, currently, it is impossible to change the format of the HTML date type, the date field is an HTML date type field in which the format is depending upon the default date settings in the user system and the browser used.
