We also thank you for pointing out some aspects that could be improved, such as the customization of the display affecting all notices and the lack of options to select specific pages on which to display the notice. We are constantly working to improve our plugin and will work to fix these issues in future versions.

We would also like to point out that within individual WordPress pages you can exclude the disclaimer notice from selected pages.
